Onboarding and Setup Guide for Android SMS Archiving on Jatheon Cloud

To get started with Android SMS archiving on Jatheon Cloud, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the APK

Download the .apk file provided by our Support Team.

Step 2: Install the App

Tap the downloaded file and install it on your mobile device.

Step 3: Enter Full Name (Optional)

Enter your full name in the field (e.g., John Doe).

Note: You can leave the Full Name field blank.

Step 4: Enter Phone Number (Optional)

Enter the phone number (e.g., +1-212-456-7890).

Note: You can leave the Phone Number field blank. In that case, the Device ID will be displayed in Jatheon Cloud instead of the phone number.

Step 5: Start Archiving

Click the Start button to begin archiving SMS messages.

Step 6: Verify Archiving

Once activated, SMS messages will be automatically archived and visible in your Jatheon Cloud account.
