How to Connect and Archive an Instagram Account in Jatheon Cloud

This guide explains how to connect an Instagram account to Jatheon Cloud for archiving, including who can initiate the process and the steps involved.

Prerequisites

The Organization Admin or the Jatheon Support Team can initiate the Instagram connector setup. During this process, they will:

• Enter the email address of the Instagram account Admin.
• Select the Instagram account type that needs to be archived.

Step 1: Select Instagram Connector and Add Admin Email

In the connector setup screen, select Instagram as the connector option, then enter the Admin's email to initiate the connection process.

Step 2: Select Instagram Admin and Account Type

Choose the Instagram Admin and specify the account type to be archived. Already connected accounts are marked as Already being archived.

Step 3: Receive Instagram Connection Invitation Email

The Admin receives an invitation email from Jatheon Cloud containing a secure link. Click Connect Instagram Account to log in and approve the required permissions.

Step 4: Archiving Starts Automatically

Once the account is connected, archiving starts automatically in Jatheon Cloud. To add more Instagram accounts later, repeat the process for each account/Admin email.
