How to Connect and Archive Your Twitter Account in Jatheon Cloud
To set your Twitter account for archiving, our Support Team will contact you and ask for the email of the user who will be the Admin for the Twitter profile(s) that you wish to archive. After you provide that information, our Support Team will assign that Admin in your Organization's Jatheon Cloud account.
Once the Admin is assigned, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open Add Connectors and Select Twitter
In Jatheon Cloud, go to Add Connectors and select Twitter from the list of available platforms.
Step 2: Select Twitter Profile Admin
Select the Twitter profile Admin from the drop-down list of existing users and click Select and Send Email.
Step 3: Email Invitation
The selected Admin will receive an email invitation containing a secure link to connect the Twitter account. By clicking the button in the email, they will be redirected to the Twitter authorization screen.
Step 4: Authorize Twitter Access
On the authorization screen, sign in to Twitter and grant the necessary permissions to Jatheon Cloud. This action will initiate the archiving process for the connected Twitter account.
Once the account is successfully connected, archiving will begin automatically. If your organization needs to connect additional Twitter accounts, repeat the process for each one.
