To set your X (formerly Twitter) account for archiving, our Support Team will contact you and ask for the email of the user who will be the Admin for the X profile(s) that you wish to archive. After you provide that information, our Support Team will assign that Admin in your Organization's Jatheon Cloud account.

Once the Admin is assigned, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Add Connectors and Select X

In Jatheon Cloud, go to Add Connectors and select X from the list of available platforms.

Step 2: Select X Profile Admin

Select the X profile Admin from the drop-down list of existing users and click Select and Send Email.

Step 3: Email Invitation

The selected Admin will receive an email invitation containing a secure link to connect the X account. By clicking the button in the email, they will be redirected to the X authorization screen.

Step 4: Authorize X Access

On the authorization screen, sign in to X and grant the necessary permissions to Jatheon Cloud. This action will initiate the archiving process for the connected X account.

Once the account is successfully connected, archiving will begin automatically. If your organization needs to connect additional X accounts, repeat the process for each one.
