This article shows where to find your Journaling Email inside the Microsoft Exchange connector in Jatheon Cloud, and links you to the full step-by-step guide for configuring journaling and the send connector in Exchange 2016/2019.

Open the Microsoft Exchange Connector

  1. In Jatheon Cloud, go to Connectors.
  2. Click Microsoft Exchange.

Find Your Journaling Email

On the Microsoft Exchange connector card, you'll see the generated Journaling Email. Use this address when creating your Exchange journaling rule.

Configure Exchange (External Guide)

Follow the official instructions to set up journaling in Exchange 2016/2019 and route mail to Jatheon Cloud:

How to Configure Exchange 2016/2019 to Journal to Jatheon Cloud

Summary of what you’ll do in Exchange

  • Create or verify a Send Connector that routes to cloud.jatheon.com.
  • Create a Mail Contact (external address) using your Jatheon Journaling Email.
  • Create a Journaling Rule that sends reports for All messages to that contact.

Tip: After saving the rule, send a test message and verify it appears in Jatheon Cloud. If messages don’t arrive, recheck the Send Connector route and the journaling address.
