Follow these steps to initiate the migration of your Microsoft 365 data to Jatheon:
Step 1: Navigate to Company Settings
- Click on the drop down menu next to your profile initials (top right corner).
- Select Company Settings
Step 2: Go to the Data Transfer Section
- From the top menu, click on Data Transfer.
- Make sure you’re on the Migrations tab.
- Under Microsoft 365, click Create Task.
Step 3: Create a New Migration Task
- Enter a Task Name (e.g., “Support Test”).
- Enter your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID.
- Choose if you want to migrate All mailboxes or Selected ones.
- If you select Selected, enter the list of mailbox addresses separated by commas.
Step 4: Generate Consent Link
- Click on Generate Consent Link to get a URL for Microsoft 365 admin authorization.
- Follow the link, log into your Microsoft 365 admin account, and provide the required consent.
Step 5: Start the Task
- Once consent is granted, return to the Jatheon interface.
- Click Start Task to begin the migration.
Step 6: Monitor Task Progress
- After starting, the task will appear in the Tasks list under Migrations.
- The status will show as Queued, then change as the task progresses (e.g., Processing, Completed).
Step 7: Start Import (Once Migration task is completed)
- Go to the Imports tab under Data Transfer.
- Click Ingest All Files to process uploaded PST/EML files.
