Microsoft 365 Migration to Jatheon Cloud

Follow these steps to initiate the migration of your Microsoft 365 data to Jatheon:

Step 1: Navigate to Company Settings

  1. Click on the drop down menu next to your profile initials (top right corner).
  2. Select Company Settings

Step 2: Go to the Data Transfer Section

  1. From the top menu, click on Data Transfer.
  2. Make sure you’re on the Migrations tab.
  3. Under Microsoft 365, click Create Task.

Step 3: Create a New Migration Task

  1. Enter a Task Name (e.g., “Support Test”).
  2. Enter your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID.
  3. Choose if you want to migrate All mailboxes or Selected ones.
  4. If you select Selected, enter the list of mailbox addresses separated by commas.

Step 4: Generate Consent Link

  1. Click on Generate Consent Link to get a URL for Microsoft 365 admin authorization.
  2. Follow the link, log into your Microsoft 365 admin account, and provide the required consent.

Step 5: Start the Task

  1. Once consent is granted, return to the Jatheon interface.
  2. Click Start Task to begin the migration.

Step 6: Monitor Task Progress

  1. After starting, the task will appear in the Tasks list under Migrations.
  2. The status will show as Queued, then change as the task progresses (e.g., Processing, Completed).

Step 7: Start Import (Once Migration task is completed)

  1. Go to the Imports tab under Data Transfer.
  2. Click Ingest All Files to process uploaded PST/EML files.
